Cosmetic Tube Produced & The Sealing Option
Cosmetic tubes are produced through a four-step process. Step one involves tube extrusion. Following this, the tube undergoes heading in step two. Printing is the third step in the manufacturing process. Finally, the tube is either capped or the tail is sealed in step four.
A key difference from plastic bottle production is that extrusion tubes are initially formed without the nozzle. The tube body is extruded first, and then the nozzle is molded onto the tube in a separate heading process.
Sealing methods for cosmetic tubes depend on the filling approach. If filling occurs from the tail end, the tube is typically sealed by the filling factory after the product is inside. In this scenario, caps, pumps, or applicators must be fully assembled onto the tubes before they are shipped to the customer.
Alternatively, some filling factories prefer to fill from the nozzle end. In such cases, we can assist customers by pre-sealing the tube tail. This allows the filling factory to begin filling immediately upon receiving the tubes.
Glass Bottle Manufacturing Process
The creation of glass bottles involves several key stages. First, primary raw materials like silica sand (quartz sand), soda ash, and limestone are mixed into a glass batch. This batch is then melted into molten glass in a furnace. Sljedeći, the molten glass is divided into gobs and shaped into bottles using molds. To enhance strength and prevent breakage from temperature fluctuations, the formed bottles are annealed in a furnace for 4-6 hours following a specific temperature curve. Finally, workers inspect and measure the cooled bottles to discard any defective items before packaging.
Paper Tube Manufacturing
Paper tube boxes are commonly made from art paper, kraft paper, white cardboard, and other required accessories. The tubes are first formed by rolling 2-3 layers of paper into cylinders using molds and tube-winding machines, followed by cutting them to specific heights. Decorated tubes have patterns or text printed on their outer paper layer, which is then laminated. To seal the tubes, optional accessories like paper caps or metal/pull-tab lids can be added.
Bottle Silk Printing
Silk screen printing is a common and significant decoration option available for most cosmetic containers, ideal for customized packaging.
